PATRICK C. DELANEY
Patrick Delaney was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2008 and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2013. During law school, he interned at the Spokane County Public Defender’s office, providing representation to individuals unable to afford legal counsel.
After graduating from law school, Patrick moved to Denver, Colorado where he began his legal career at a large plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. There, he handled hundreds of personal injury cases including third-party extra-contractual, first-party contractual, first-party bad faith, wrongful death, and premises liability claims. Seeking to obtain additional trial experience, Patrick began practicing as an insurance defense litigator in 2018 at a mid-sized civil defense firm where he was quickly promoted to Equity Partner. His experience on both sides of the courtroom allows him to anticipate opposing strategies to better defend his clients.
An experienced trial lawyer, Patrick has tried over 20 civil jury trials to verdict on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He prides himself on having a strong work ethic, detailed preparation, and results-driven performance. He is passionate about providing his clients with effective and efficient representation.
