Luke O’Bannan represents clients in state and federal lawsuits involving insurance, commercial and residential construction, personal injury, wrongful death, dram shop liability, and premises liability. He also specializes in insurance coverage analysis, veterinary malpractice, veterinary license defense, and appeals. 

Mr. O’Bannan has leveraged his experience as a Court of Appeals clerk in representing clients on appeals to the Washington State Court of Appeals, Idaho Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and has defended petitions for certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. O’Bannan is active in the local legal community, teaching as an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University School of Law, previously serving on the board of the local young lawyer division, and remains an active member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
