Jacob Mark represents clients involved in civil litigation in Washington’s state and federal courts. Mr. Mark’s practice involves personal injury, employment law, construction defect, and medical malpractice. Mr. Mark has experience taking cases from intake through resolution by way of settlement, mediation, and arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mark spent four years at a Plaintiff practice, where he litigated a vast variety of personal injury claims to resolution. Mr. Mark’s experience on both sides of civil litigation affords him invaluable insight when representing clients involved in civil litigation.
