Alison Turnbull defends claims involving personal injury, construction law, commercial litigation, and other areas of insurance law in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. She has litigated numerous cases through decision in front of arbitrators and has taken several cases to trial, with each resulting in a defense verdict. She has successfully obtained summary judgment dismissal of multiple cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Turnbull spent five and half years in a Portland, Oregon insurance defense boutique, where she litigated personal injury claims.

Ms. Turnbull enjoys the diverse nature of the claims involved with practicing insurance defense. Even cases with similar facts present unique situations requiring her to always be developing her litigation strategy and skills in order to be the most efficient and effective counsel for her clients.
